Based on our large standard assortment, we develop exclusive solutions that are tailored to your exact application. You can combine standardised system components for a customised complete system.

Typical assembly tasks in this area:

  • Assembly according to customer wishes, e.g. wiring, connections, seals, contact strips, etc.
  • Combination of switching devices, e.g. circuit breakers, standard plug sockets, printed circuit board, switch isolators, overvoltage protection

We assemble your modules and module racks for you. On request, we wire and assemble everything to create a complete system, so you only have to worry about the later installation. In the process, our electrically trained personnel assure consistently high quality.

Small-series production

In order to provide our customers with the best possible support, we also have the possibility of procuring parts for small special orders and implementing them especially quickly, affordably and with the usual high Spelsberg quality. For this purpose, we have realigned our processes and can utilise state-of-the-art production processes and processing machinery. We also have a competent and dedicated team that is ready to quickly implement your individual requests. In the process, all of our experts work hand in hand and interdepartmentally with direct communication and can even utilise the in-house testing centre if necessary. This saves time and minimises stress!

Final testing

Before a part leaves our factory, it undergoes a visual inspection and testing of electrical functionality takes place on request and for complete systems. Electrical final checks are possible in the form of visual inspection, measurements to ground, insulation measurements or protective conductor measurements and testing.

That way, we can guarantee that you receive the accustomed high Spelsberg quality for pre-assembled, partially wired or turnkey enclosures.
